II. Return and Exchange Process
Application: You can log in to your qiqowb.com account, click the "Apply for Return and Exchange" button on the order details page, fill in the reason for return and exchange, select the return and exchange method and other information according to the prompts, and submit the application. Review: We will complete the review within 1-2 working days after receiving your return and exchange application. After the review is passed, you will receive a notice containing the return address (No. 248, Xukou Village, Yunhe Street, Pizhou City, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province) and precautions; if the review is not passed, we will also inform you of the reason in a timely manner.
Returning the goods: Please choose a regular courier to return the goods to the designated return address within 7 days after receiving the review notification, and keep the courier number. To avoid damage to the goods during transportation, it is recommended that you use the original packaging or properly package the goods.
Acceptance and processing: After we receive the returned goods, we will inspect them within 3-5 working days. If the goods meet the return and exchange conditions, the refund will be returned to your payment account, and it is expected to arrive in 1-3 working days; the exchanged goods will be re-shipped to you within 2-3 working days after acceptance.
